Reporting directly to the Director Human Resources within the Human Resources department, the HRIS Analyst II is responsible for the administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business leaders to ensure system functionality supports operational needs, compliance requirements, reporting, and workforce analytics. The HRIS Analyst will also assist with process improvements, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and data integrity initiatives.

How success is defined:
• Administer, maintain, and support the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.
• Configure and enhance system functionality to support evolving business and HR operational needs.
• Generate and analyze reports related to compensation, compliance, benefits, payroll, performance management, headcount, and workforce analytics.
• Ensure HR data is accurately processed, audited, maintained, and secured in accordance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Research system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS-related processes and functionality, particularly within Ceridian Dayforce.
• Support HR system upgrades, testing, implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate system capabilities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Assist with defining system requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting HR technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Respond to end-user questions and provide technical support and guidance related to HRIS functionality.
• Participate in audits, compliance reporting, and data validation activities as needed.
What you will bring:
• Ceridian Dayforce experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of related HRIS, HR operations, or systems analysis
• Experience with HR systems configuration and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of HR data governance and security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Experience with system implementations or migrations.
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tool knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• HRIS certifications or vendor-specific certifications preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Compensation Range: $74,000 - $79,000
