Purpose

• As an HRIS Analyst, you will support the HR function globally by providing advanced support and configure global HR systems, support and maintaining the day-to-day functionality of SAP SuccessFactors. You will ensure data accuracy, assist users, and collaborate with the team to keep the system aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and configuration of SuccessFactors, focusing on data integrity and accuracy.
• Support HR users by providing guidance, troubleshooting system issues, and managing user access.
• Conduct data imports/exports, ensuring compliance with data security standards.
• Document business rules, system processes, and configurations to ensure consistent data handling.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed while supporting global HR initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
• SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

Experience

• 1-3 years in an HRIS support role, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS experience.
