Our award-winning client is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their team. This role blends data analysis, report creation, and Workday expertise to improve employee experiences and support HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Become a Workday Guru: Analyze data, generate reports, and provide crucial support to HR on all things Workday.
Empower Informed Decisions: Translate business needs into compelling reports and dashboards, revealing impactful workforce insights.
Champion Employee Experience: Help optimize HR processes and programs, driving a positive impact for ITT employees.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
5 years of Workday reporting experience
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of data analysis and problem-solving
Collaborative and adaptable
Efficient and productive
