Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, we're looking for an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our People, Performance and Culture team on a 14-month fixed-term contract, commencing in mid-October 2026
This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with HR systems and employee data. Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee information while delivering responsive, customer-focused support to employees and leaders across the business. You'll also support the administration of employee benefits and remuneration processes. As part of a collaborative team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our people have a seamless experience throughout their employment journey.
About the Role
As our HRIS Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing employee transactions and maintaining employee records within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service delivery.
