-歡迎大學三年級以上、碩/博士在學學生投遞
- 擁有人力資源管理及企業管理基礎知識且願意主動學習新知
- 對企業永續發展（ESG）尤其社會面議題有基本認識與興趣，具相關修課或實務經驗為佳
- 擅長抽象思考、對文字敏銳、做事細心，具問題解決、溝通表達、團隊合作等能力
- 具AI工具協作、統計與資料分析、商業視覺化分析軟體、影片剪輯製作等經驗為佳
- 流利的中、英文能力 (TOEIC 800分以上) 為佳
