Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
Develop and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires.
Training & Development:
Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Identify training needs through performance reviews, employee feedback, and industry best practices.
Manage the training budget and select appropriate training vendors.
Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
Conduct regular performance reviews with employees and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues promptly and fairly.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and employee recognition programs.
Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

KPI Tracking & Analysis:
Develop and track key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, time-to-hire, training completion rates, and employee satisfaction scores.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
Proven experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
