As a Consultant, you will be responsible for independently delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines. You will collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams to understand functional requirements and, as needed, mentor or guide junior team members. The role requires strong functional expertise in UKG PRO Workforce Management (WFM), along with hands-on experience in application support, integrations, and system enhancements.
Deliver functional and application support services for UKG PRO Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
Provide corrective maintenance, bug fixing, and ongoing support across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Analytics modules.
Coordinate and support end-to-end application upgrades, including testing and deployment activities.
Manage workforce devices such as clocks, web-based solutions, and handheld devices.
Design, support, and enhance reports using SSRS and other SQL-based reporting tools.
Work with Set Up Data Manager, Data Hub, Tiles, and Data Views for workforce data management.
Support integrations between UKG PRO WFM and other systems, including Dell Boomi–based integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Use ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to manage incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
Adapt to dynamic environments, manage ambiguity, and work effectively under pressure.
6–9 years
of application support experience in UKG PRO WFM / Workforce Dimensions, including:
Time & Attendance:
Pay policy building blocks
Employee Self-Service (ESS)
Access & Security
Navigators, Hyperfinds, Genies
Event Manager and Transaction Assistant
Business Structures
Accruals:
Accrual profiles, policies, grants, and limits
Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling:
Schedule planners
Labor and volume forecasting
Analytics and Reporting
Activities:
Work Orders
Productivity Tracking
Activity Forms
Data Hub, Tiles, and Data Views
Strong hands-on experience in:
Timesheet data corrections
Pay calculations
Wage adjustments
Person and functional access management
Experience with UKG PRO WFM integrations using
Dell Boomi
Dell Boomi certification is required
Preferably worked on Workforce Dimensions integrations using Dell Boomi
Experience using ITSM tools such as
ServiceNow
3–6 years
of experience as a functional consultant with any other Time & Attendance management system will be considered
ITIL V3 Foundation certification is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizational levels
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
