A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Maintain employee life cycle events: hire, rehire, transfer/promotion, end of employment , Country Reassignment, and personal details update in SF & SAP
Execute self-assessment in accordance with business controls requirements
Performs system testing for improvements and updates to cater changes in legal and business requirements.
Ensures generic mailbox management
Ensures process documentation
Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency
Prepares manual payment, related to HR Admin in an accurate and timely manner
ARE YOU A FIT?
Bachelor's Degree graduate; preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management
With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service
With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
Strong team player and able to adapt to different levels in the organization
Proactive, keen to details and results focused
Preferably with technical knowledge in SAP HR
With good written & verbal communication skills in English
Able to work on any shift
