We are looking for a short-term HR Business Partner to join our US team as maternity leave coverage through September 30, 2026. In this hands-on role, you will provide front-line support to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on everything from manager coaching and performance management to employee relations and organizational changes. You will play a key role in driving mid-year performance cycles, supporting high-impact talent decisions, and maintaining a strong, high-performance GTM culture. This position requires a pragmatic, proactive HRBP who understands the pace and pressure of a sales-driven environment, communicates with clarity and empathy, and can effectively bridge local US needs with global alignment.

*Missions*

  • Manager Coaching & Support: Provide real-time guidance to GTM managers on handling team dynamics, performance gaps, and "at-will" employment nuances. Assist in drafting and delivering performance feedback and development plans for Sales/CS teams. Act as the bridge between US leadership and the French HQ to ensure global alignment without sacrificing local speed.

  • Performance & Talent Cycles: Drive the execution of the Mid-Year Performance Review (June-July) specifically for the US GTM perimeter. Partner with managers to identify "Flight Risks" or high-potential talent and create immediate retention or growth actions. Facilitate team-specific organizational changes (promotions, lateral moves, or territory realignments) in collaboration with GTM leadership.

  • Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations: Mediate interpersonal conflicts within the Sales/Marketing teams before they escalate. Manage high-touch employee relations cases, including conducting internal investigations or handling terminations if necessary. Ensure a healthy, high-performance "Sales culture" that remains aligned with company values.

  • GTM Hiring Strategy Integration: Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure that the "Candidate Experience" for Sales hires translates into a successful "Employee Experience." Ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the GTM culture (the soft side of onboarding).

*Skills*

  • Experience: 4+ years as an HRBP or People Partner in a US-based Scale-up.

  • GTM Fluency: You speak "Sales." You understand the pressure of quotas, the logic of commission plans, and the pace of a GTM organization. Interact at the highest level of the GTM organization. Style: Highly pragmatic and proactive. You don't wait for a process to be broken to fix it; you anticipate needs.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can deliver tough news with empathy and clarity.
