Lenskart is redefining eyewear retail across Southeast Asia, and as we accelerate our expansion in Singapore and Thailand, we are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner – SEA to shape the region’s people agenda.

Serve as the primary HR partner to SEA business and retail leaders.
Drive workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and performance management.
Own frontline (FOS) recruitment outcomes across Singapore & Thailand.
Build strong talent pipelines to support retail expansion and operational scale.
Oversee HR operations, compliance, and payroll coordination across both markets.
Ensure adherence to Singapore and Thailand labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain strong on-ground engagement with frontline retail teams to drive culture, productivity, and retention.
Lead change management initiatives aligned to business growth.
HR experience with strong Retail HRBP exposure and some exposure to Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in Singapore retail is a plus and hands-on exposure to Thailand talent market.
Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated experience balancing strategic HR partnership with operational execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
