The Corporate Planning and Management Department not only supports its own department's business, but also various businesses and services, including Rakuten's core businesses, from an administrative perspective.

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide HR support for your assigned business unit.

As this HR position is close to the business, you will be able to run alongside the business and be more directly involved in its growth.
- General labor affairs related to business operations
- Responding to inquiries from business divisions regarding HR

Management Department
There are 31 people (accounting, general affairs, human resources, etc.), of which approximately 15 are in human resources.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience conducting employee interviews and communicating on labor-related matters in an HR role.
Desired Qualifications:
- Business level English
