Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR activities including recruitment coordination, new hire onboarding, exit interviews, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Work closely with department leaders to understand workforce capability gaps and recommend suitable training or development initiatives.
• Manage employee development programmes including onboarding, functional training, and leadership learning pathways.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external training providers to organise and deliver learning initiatives.
• Oversee training administration such as maintaining learning records, managing learning systems, and tracking employee participation.
• Support managers on people-related matters including employee relations, performance management discussions, and staff development planning.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation remain aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements while updating SOPs and HR guidelines when necessary.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and improvement projects, including process enhancements and supporting team members during peak periods or when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to both Learning & Development and generalist HR functions.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and managers across different departments.
• Good analytical and administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience supporting performance management or talent development initiatives.
