Workflow Management builds and optimises moderation business processes, monitoring performance, and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition events, and team-building activities tailored to the T&S workforce, while managing logistics, vendor coordination, and internal communications.
- Organize cultural celebrations and diversity initiatives in collaboration with the HRBP team, ensuring events reflect the diversity of employees, promote inclusivity, and align with organizational values.
- Attend HRBP meetings, 1:1 check-ins, and focus group discussions, documenting key decisions, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items to ensure accountability.
- Engage with employees through 1:1 catch-ups and focus groups to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters, directing them to appropriate resources when needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HRBP team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining HR databases, and generating accurate reports while ensuring data confidentiality.
