Objective of the position:
Human Resources professional focused on Employee Relations who provides support to the different departments of the company. The role combines legal-labor advisory, performance management, incident investigations, development and coaching, and administration of HR policies and processes, with a strong internal customer service orientation.
Brief description:
Sustain healthy labor relations and lead personnel administration strategies for employees supporting the Daimler culture in Daimler Truck Financial Mexico entities

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

5–7 years of relevant HR experience, with proven experience in at least two of the following areas: employee relations, recruiting, labor law, development and coaching.

• Service orientation: Strong focus on internal customer service and practical problem solving.
• Judgment and decision making: Ability to assess risks, make informed decisions, and provide balanced recommendations.
• Influence and negotiation: Skill in influencing leaders and negotiating solutions in complex situations.
• Organization and project management: Ability to lead multiple tasks and deliver results on time.
• Empathy and professionalism: Respectful, impartial, and professional treatment of employees at all levels.
• English level: B2

Academic Knowledge:

Education / Training: Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Advanced degree: Master’s degree in industrial relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Coaching: Coaching certification or formal training in mentoring.

Main Functions:

• Labor relations and advisory: Build and maintain effective relationships with management and employees; advise leadership on current labor law, performance practices, discipline, and internal policies.
• Investigations and conflict resolution: Address employee complaints and reports; conduct formal investigations (interviews, evidence collection, reports, and recommendations).
• Performance management and coaching: Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees to improve performance, engagement, and development plans; support evaluation and improvement processes
• Policies and compliance: Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies; interpret and apply Culture and Belonging programs; prepare reports and deliver related training
• Organizational change and Training: Advise on the impact of organizational changes; anticipate talent management needs and propose solutions to support successful implementation. Identify and facilitate orientation on different needs of training and other assigned programs. Foster collaboration with HR Regional and Global teams.
• HR projects: Lead or participate in short- and long-term HR and company projects.
• Recruitment and selection: Support to Recruitment team about the business needs and hiring processes, looking to have the right talent.
