What you can look forward to as HRBP / C&B Manager:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor on organization design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Translate business priorities into actionable HR and Compensation & Benefits strategies utilizing data, market intelligence, and workforce analytics.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to ensure recruitment strategies align with workforce and business plans.
• Lead talent management, career development, and capability-building initiatives to strengthen organizational performance.
• Coordinate and drive key annual HR processes, including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide change management leadership, coaching, and training to managers and employees during organizational transformations.
• Lead compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary reviews, incentive programs, pay equity analysis, compliance with labor legislation, and reward program enhancements.

Your Profile as HRBP / C&B Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience as an HR Business Partner, with hands-on Compensation & Benefits management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Proven experience managing compensation programs, salary reviews, incentive schemes, and benefits administration.
• Sound understanding of local labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics, market data, and insights to support business decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with full professional proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
