The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Associate Process Manager provides operational and strategic HR support to business leaders and employees, ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives. This role acts as a trusted partner to operations, supporting employee relations, performance management, engagement, and HR compliance.
The HRBP Supervisor will work closely with leadership and cross-functional HR teams to drive a positive employee experience and support business objectives in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership
Partner with operations leaders and managers to provide HR guidance aligned with business goals.
Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
Performance Management
Support leaders in managing employee performance through coaching, performance improvement plans, and evaluations.
Drive implementation of performance management frameworks and initiatives.
Identify performance trends and recommend action plans to improve team productivity.
Employee Engagement
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Partner with leaders to implement engagement programs and address employee feedback.
Support change management initiatives and communication efforts.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation related to employee relations cases and HR processes.
Collaborate with HR teams such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
Data & Reporting
Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations to operations leaders to address workforce challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO, shared services, or multinational organizations
At least 2 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations roles
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience handling employee relations and disciplinary cases.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule.
