职位描述
1、业务支撑 深入理解所负责部门的业务模式、战略规划及团队现状，主动对接业务管理者，提供专业化人力资源支持，针对业务发展过程中的人才管理、组织效能等痛点提供解决方案； 定期编制与分析人力资源数据报告（如离职率、人效指标、人才结构等），通过数据洞察支持业务策略制定与优化。 2、评估与发展 推动绩效管理与人才发展体系在业务部门的实施，协助建立符合业务特点的员工能力模型与评价机制； 支持绩效考核、激励分配、晋升评审等工作，参与设计并优化业务线专项激励方案，提升团队动能； 结合业务需求，协同培训团队完善赋能体系，推动员工能力与组织发展的双向匹配。 3、员工关系 构建健康、稳定的员工关系网络，通过定期访谈与调研精准捕捉员工诉求，制定系统性改进措施； 独立处理员工投诉、劳动争议事件，合规化解潜在用工风险，维护良好的雇佣环境。 人力资源体系落地 确保公司人力资源政策（考勤、薪酬、福利、合规管理等）在业务部门的高效执行，并根据业务特性提出本地化优化建议； 通过数据分析反馈制度落地效果，推动人力资源运营与业务目标的协同。 4、文化与组织建设 传承并践行企业文化与价值观，策划和组织团队建设活动，增强员工归属感与团队凝聚力。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业优先；3年以上hrbp相关工作经验。 2、熟悉人力资源各模块运作，精通招聘、绩效、员工关系等重点领域，掌握《劳动合同法》等法律法规，具备用工风险防控能力； 3、具备较强的数据分析和应用能力，能通过人力数据（如Excel、BI工具）发现问题并提出改进策略； 4、业务敏锐度高，能快速融入业务团队，主动发现并解决问题，执行力强； 5、熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel需掌握函数、图表及基础数据分析），具备AI/PS、Canva等工具的基本设计能力者优先。
