职位描述
深入区域业务一线，理解销售、交付、用户运营等业务场景，围绕业务目标提供组织与人才解决方案。 参与区域公司一线岗位招聘和校园招聘工作，完成从人才获取、甄选到入职的全流程管理，提升招聘效率和人才质量。 结合业务发展需要，参与组织盘点、人才发展、绩效管理、薪酬激励、员工关系等工作。 具备用工风险意识和基本劳动法律知识，能够识别招聘、考勤、薪酬、绩效、人员调整及劳动关系等环节的潜在风险，并推动合规处理。 负责公司价值观在区域业务团队的落地，通过文化宣导、员工沟通、团队活动及组织氛围建设等方式，增强员工认同感和组织凝聚力。 拥抱 AI 及数字化工具，积极运用新工具提升招聘、数据分析、员工管理及日常 HR 工作效率，持续创新 HR 工作方式。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先； 3 年以上 HR 相关工作经验，有 HRBP、区域 HR、业务 HR 等经验优先； 有汽车、新能源汽车、新零售、互联网等行业经验优先； 熟悉至少 3 个以上人力资源模块，并具备独立实操能力； 具备基本劳动法律知识和较强的风险敏感度； 具备较强的招聘能力和人才识别能力； 具备较强的业务理解能力和沟通协调能力； 能够适应区域业务节奏，接受一定程度的出差及深入一线业务场景。
