职位描述
"工作职责： 1. 负责业务部门的人才招聘与配置，推动人才梯队建设和业务需求的落地； 2. 作为业务管理层的伙伴，理解并推动人力资源战略与业务目标的落地，为业务提供量身定制的HR解决方案； 3. 通过跨部门合作和互动，优化沟通渠道，促进信息流通并支持员工关系管理及文化活动的闭环实施； 4. 组织并实施各类员工的述职及面谈，跟踪员工短中长期发展目标并协助达成； 5. 承接和参与各类项目执行工作，包括人才盘点，干部晋升、绩效管理，人才培养、学习发展等； 6. 基于数据分析和项目经验，提出人力资源优化方案，持续提升组织效能。
职位要求
任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，至少3年HRBP经验，智能硬件/科技/互联网/消费电子行业背景优先； 2. 熟悉招聘、人才发展、绩效管理、员工关系及其他HR功能模块的实务操作，具备跨文化沟通和项目管理经验，主导过人才盘点，干部晋升，人才梯队搭建项目者优先； 3. 较强的分析能力和系统性思维，能够转化业务需求并提供有效的HR解决方案; 4. 具备较强的灵活性和抗压能力，具备良好的洞察力，执行力，学习力。"
