职位描述
岗位职责： 1、根据公司发展战略，制定业务经营计划，拟定业务部门人力资源规划； 2、推动业务部门人力资源规划的落地执行； 3、结合员工发展需要，推动业务部门开展员工学习与发展体系建设； 4、负责业务部门干部管理及落地，包括干部的培养、任命、后备干部的储备等； 5、负责业务部门薪酬绩效方案设计并执行； 6、协助业务部门企业文化宣传和和团队文化建设。
职位要求
任职要求： 1、全日制统招一本及以上学历，人力资源或管理专业优先； 2、人力资源六大模块至少精通和擅长2个模块及以上或两年以上HRBP经验； 3、组织诊断、人才盘点经验与能力，能分析组织发展痛点并给予解决方案； 4、较强的沟通协调能力，人才梯队搭建和赋能培训能力； 5、较强的业务熟悉和萃取能力和影响力。
