About the Role
The HR Business Partner Manager is responsible for partnering with business leaders across GCC Mexico to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and employee engagement in alignment with business priorities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, balancing strategic HR partnership with strong operational execution across key people processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective people strategies
  • Provide guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and team effectiveness
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, leadership behaviors, and development conversations
  • Lead and support core HR processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, engagement actions, and performance cycles
  • Use people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend practical actions
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and align with company values
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence and HR teams to deliver integrated solutions across talent acquisition, learning, compensation, and employee relations
  • Support change management efforts related to business transformation, team changes, and new ways of working
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and compliance requirements
  • Build strong relationships across the business to influence decision-making and support leaders in achieving business results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Solid experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, or related HR leadership roles
  • Experience partnering with managers and senior leaders on people-related topics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business priorities
  • Experience handling employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges with sound judgment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work with people metrics, organizational insights, and HR data to support decision-making
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting shared services, GBS, corporate, or GCC environments
  • Experience in matrixed and fast-paced organizations
  • Exposure to organizational development, change management, and talent planning
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across different geographies
