- 1.Serve as a core HR partner to the CEO Office Strategy Team, participating in organizational development and talent planning discussions, and providing analytical and decision-making support.
- 2.Lead or assist in organizational structure design and optimization to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- 3.Plan and execute recruitment strategies, independently managing full-cycle hiring processes for key positions (especially technical, sales, and management roles) to ensure a healthy talent supply chain.
- 4.Implement talent review, succession planning, and talent pipeline development, building a pool of high-potential talent.
- 5.Design and execute performance management systems and compensation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- 6.Drive cross-cultural collaboration and organizational change management, enhancing employee engagement and cohesion.
- 7.Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and provide measurable HR intelligence.
- 8.Oversee and optimize the HRIS system (e.g., BambooHR) to strengthen digital HR management capabilities.
Job Requirements
- 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2.3years of experience as an HRBP, Recruitment Lead, Strategic HR Manager, or in Organizational Development; experience in technology, AI, internet, or cross-border teams preferred.
- 3.Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for key and leadership roles; deep understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies.
- 4.Experience in talent pipeline development, including talent review, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs.
- 5.Strong understanding of organization design, performance management systems, and compensation & incentive program design and execution.
- 6.Experience managing cross-cultural teams and leading organizational effectiveness or transformation initiatives.
- 7.Strong data analysis and HR analytics capabilities, able to provide actionable insights for business strategy.
- 8.Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence C-level executives and business leaders.
- 9.Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR) and office software.
- 10.Fluent in English, with the ability to work across time zones.
