HRBPHangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's annual business strategy, continuously optimize recruitment channels and strategies, and enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer communication, ensuring compliance and efficiency while continuously improving the candidate experience.
3. As an HRBP, deeply understand business strategies and pain points, providing comprehensive solutions in organizational development, team building, performance management, talent development, and employee relations to support the achievement of business goals.
4. Collaborate with business department leaders to accurately assess talent needs, participate in job design, leverage data analysis to drive recruitment and talent decisions, and support business transformation and organizational optimization.
1、根据公司年度业务规划，制定并执行招聘计划，持续优化招聘渠道与策略，提升招聘效率与质量；
2、负责端到端招聘流程管理，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试协调、背景调查及录用沟通，确保流程合规高效，并持续优化候选人体验；
3、作为HRBP，深入理解业务战略与痛点，在组织发展、团队建设、绩效管理、人才发展与员工关系等方面提供全方位解决方案，助力业务目标达成；
4、协同业务部门负责人，精准把握人才需求，参与职位设计；利用数据分析驱动招聘与人才决策，并支持业务变革与组织优化。Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in internet, technology, finance, or HRBP roles.
3. Familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools, with solid hands-on recruitment experience and team management skills.
4. Strong data analysis, communication, coordination, and business acumen.
5. Proficient in English as a working language, capable of fluent written and verbal communication.
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2、3年以上招聘相关工作经验，具备互联网、科技、金融等行业背景或HRBP经验者优先；
3、熟悉各种招聘渠道和招聘工具，具备丰富的招聘实践经验；
4、具备较强的数据分析能力和沟通协调与业务洞察力；
5、英语可作为工作语言，能流畅进行书面与口语沟通。 Apply
