HR Trainee M/F

The Group currently relies on a Tribe of more than 2300 collborar’actors on 13 sites in 6 countries.

Your responsibilities within our Tribe

  • Manage the administrative process for new hires and leavers (documents, employee files, equipment, badge, photos…).
  • Create, update, and archive employee files (physical & electronic).
  • Enter and update employee information in HR systems (Ariane)
  • Monitor inventories and distribute HR-related items (goodies, polos, gifts).
  • Share internal HR announcements.
  • Provide logistical support for HR events and initiatives.

Your distinctive profile
  • Minimum: Secondary education (School Certificate or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable but not essential — training will be provided.
  • Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to handle scanning, filing, and document management.
  • Comfortable with data entry and updating HR systems (training will be given).
  • Confidentiality – handles sensitive HR information responsibly.
  • Reliability – delivers assigned tasks consistently and on time.
  • Collaboration – works well with colleagues and supports the HR team.
  • Adaptability – willing to learn new processes and use accessible tools/technologies.
  • Attention to detail – ensures accuracy in data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Organizational skills – able to manage documents, deadlines, and simple workflows.
