Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with experienced HR professionals, learn about HR policies and procedures, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating job postings.
• Screen resumes and enrich candidates data digitally.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Follow-up with clients for feedback
• Assist in handling basic employee inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist in the preparation of HR documents.
• Contribute to various HR projects as assigned, such as performance management, benefits administration, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
