We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our HR team and would be able to work around 15 hours per week!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external communication activities for Sandoz Czech Republic and Slovakia, including ownership of local internal communications, preparation of communication materials, creation and publication of content on the Sandoz Czech Republic and Slovakia LinkedIn pages, and support of employer branding initiatives.
  • Create engaging communication materials and presentations, including PowerPoint presentations, visual content, communication toolkits, leadership updates, employee announcements, and materials supporting key business and HR initiatives. This role also includes ownership of office TV screens, ensuring timely and engaging internal content is created, updated, and displayed to support employee communication and awareness.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent Czech and English language skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in content creation and article writing
  • Ability to manage internal and external communication channels
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, communication materials, presentations, and process optimization
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
