Job Description

Ecolab is currently looking for a HR Trainee to provide day to day support by participating across a wide variety of HR activities.

What You Will Do

• Workday end-user support, HRBP’s, Line Managers and Employees
• MyEcolab case management, including issue resolution of HRIS tickets
• Assist the HRIS team in the implementation of the area activities
• Simple configuration management in the Workday system.
• Provide a general support on the several HRIS projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, computer engineering or other related area
• Ideal knowledge of HRIS / enterprise systems
• 1 years of Human Resources experience
• Fluent English is mandatory. Other EU languages is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
