Be a part of our team where you will:

  • Guide clients in choosing,implementingand improving their HRsystemsIn doing so, you will progressively broaden yourexpertiseacross multiple HR technologies and methodologies, including exposure toemergingdigital HR trends such as AI‑enabled tools,automation,and advanced analytics.
  • Lead or co‑lead functional streams during HRsystemsimplementations,participatingin activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing cycles, data validation,and processoptimisationProgressively and in line with yourpreviousexperience, you will be trusted to make recommendations, challenge thestatus quoanddrive initiatives that raise quality and efficiency.
  • Support all phases of testing (UAT, E2E, regression), prepare testscripts,and coordinate feedback with client teams.
  • Prepare and delivertrainingto help clients become autonomous with their HRsystems
  • Remain flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks such as PMO support, process analysis, changemanagement,and broader HR transformation work, depending on client needs.
  • Challenge andadviseclients based on best practices, bringing clarity to complex HR and system interactions.
  • Contribute tocommercial and market‑facing activitieswith real ownership, includingcommercialproposaldrafting,leading parts ofallianceinitiatives with technology partners (Workday, SAP, Oracle),such asrunningdemonstrations,proposingthought leadershipideas, events, and internal knowledgeassets. You will be encouraged to spot opportunities and champion improvements to our go‑to‑market.

  • Hold a Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, or IT Management;
  • Have minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR and HRIS;
  • Have hands‑on exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM;
  • Possess advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
  • Have a strong interest in innovation, Generative AI, automation and next‑generation digital HR solutions and are curious about agentic systems, AI‑enabled workflows and intelligent assistants improving HR processes and user experience;
  • Are comfortable testing new tools and staying informed about digital HR, AI and analytics trends.
  • Are able to work autonomously, learn quickly and bring fresh ideas;
  • Are fluent in English and French; recognized for strong collaboration and relationship‑building.
