Puma Processing Services LLP (PEPS) established in Year 2018, represents Puma Energy’s first captive off-shoring unit and is based in Mumbai, India. Total of [100+] employees are currently employed by PEPS and expected to be 210+ strong by end of FY 2019 and further expected to grow by 300 strong by end of FY 2020. PEPS provides the Puma Group a key advantage of centralising its core competency in services at one location and allows the group the ability to scale size to increase volumes in key areas. PEPS manages mid office and back office activities for Puma Businesses across all its business verticals like Retail, B2B, Aviation, and also enabling functions like IT & corporate. It serves countries part of Africa Continent, Middle East and Asia Pacific and further extends the support to group in Geneva for its core activities.

Main Purpose
The HRIS & Workday Integrations Lead will be responsible for leading the global HRIS function, overseeing the design, configuration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR technologies across the organization.
This role will act as both a strategic and technical leader, managing HR systems operations, leading a team of HRIS analysts, and ensuring and developing scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions between Workday and internal/external systems.
The role requires deep expertise in Workday architecture, integrations, security, reporting, and cross-functional HR technology delivery, while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors globally. The resource will be working closely on Puma projects and will be responsible for day to day sprint assignments for enhancements and projects. The resource will be key integrator between functional and technical aspects of system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications
• B achelor’s degree in technical/computers or relevant field of study
• Minimum 6-8 years of Workday experience of which min 2 years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations, using at least 3 of the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect
• Proven experience leading HRIS teams and global HR technology initiatives.
• Good experience in configuration of Tenant setup for Security and System
• Experience in software development, maintenance and project management of software systems;
• Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common ERP integration design patterns, in-depth knowledge of Workday's various integration technologies, Workday's Implementation methodology, and will combine those skills to deliver successful integration deployments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage details and priorities in a fast paced, intense Agile environment with weekly releases
• Shows initiative and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
• A quick learner and creative problem solver with a passion for solving tough problems
• Demonstrated ability to come up with new, innovative solutions.
