Full-Time, Remote - Nationwide

Fisher Phillips, a premier international labor and employment law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Technology Coordinator. In this essential role, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our services, providing crucial support to our department in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for HR systems and processes.
  • Provide basic user support for HR systems by monitoring tickets, answering routine questions, directing users to available resources, and escalating more complex issues.
  • Review and audit HR data, reports, and electronic files to help ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with routine and ad hoc reporting requests by gathering data, running standard reports, and formatting information for review.
  • Help identify data discrepancies and work with HR team members to resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Assist with testing system updates, workflows, forms, reports, and process changes.
  • Help maintain user procedures, process documentation, job aids, training materials, and internal HR resources.
  • Support annual and periodic HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, recruiting, onboarding, workplace surveys, and compliance reporting.
  • Support process improvement efforts by identifying recurring questions, manual processes, data issues, or documentation gaps.
  • Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as defined by the HR Management team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to assist employees, managers, attorneys, vendors, and HR team members professionally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of HR operations, HRIS, administrative, data management, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience working with HR systems or employee data preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in a professional services, law firm, or multi office environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is $24.04 - $31.25. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
