Job Description

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advise and execute recruitment, placement, training, promotion, compensation and other areas of human resources policy;
• Study and analyze work done through interviews with workers, supervisors and managers;
• Ensure that the salaries of both in-house and outsourced workers are properly processed in the Primavera software;
• Ensure that all information regarding taxes resulting from salary processing is properly made available to the financial department for the due monthly 
payments;
• Prepare professional information or work on profession classification systems;
• Study and advise on employment opportunities, career choices and training needs;
• Support in the management and organization of the performance evaluation process;
• Guarantee that the internal training needs are incorporated and executed on the training plan;
• Prepare opinions and projects with varying degrees of complexity and perform other specialized support activities;
• Manage employment personal files (contracts, payslip, etc.);
costs, among others;
• Organize and supervise file systems;
• Ensure that all disciplinary internal processes and procedures are properly conducted and support to WFM;
• And other tasks associated with the position.
 
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
• Min 2 years of HR experience;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Good planning and organization skills;
• Good analytical skills and results oriented reporting (general reporting and KPI´s);
• Expert Knowledge of the Mozambican Labour Law and experienced with contract management;
• Good interpersonal communication skills;
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• University in HR Management or related fields is desirable;
• Knowledge of Primavera HR Module;
