Responsibilities:

Disciplinary Leadership and Talent Management:

  • Disciplinary leadership of the HR Admin, LMS and Payroll teams (12 employees in total).
  • Ensuring clear responsibilities, effective team structures and reliable day-to-day operations across all assigned teams.
  • Fostering employee development, engagement and collaboration within the team.
  • Providing support in operational day-to-day HR activities where required to ensure continuity and reliable service delivery.

Process Harmonization and Operational Excellence:

  • Identifying optimization potential and implementing sustainable process improvements in close alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Driving standardization, efficiency and transparency of administrative HR processes across relevant service areas.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Close collaboration with internal service units, HR interfaces and management to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
  • Acting as a reliable interface between local teams, central HR functions and business stakeholders.

Change Management:

  • Supporting and guiding the team through changes related to process harmonization, standardization and service model development.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and service orientation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Leadership, ideally in a disciplinary leadership role within an HR or shared services environment.
  • Successful track record in operational HR work or experience in successfully completed HR projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, preferably in HR administration
  • Ability to drive process harmonization, standardization and continuous improvement in an international environment.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder orientation and a collaborative leadership style
  • Very good German and English language skills are mandatory.
