Learning & Development

• Develop and continuously enhance an integrated learning strategy and learning architecture that aligns global learning initiatives, organizational capability frameworks, leadership expectations, and business priorities.
• Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive learning roadmap and annual development plan to build critical organizational and functional capabilities.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of learning and development programs, including learning needs analysis, program design, vendor management, implementation, facilitation coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify current and future capability gaps through data, business consultation, and talent insights, and translate findings into targeted development solutions.
• Implement and manage both global and local learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while addressing local business needs.
• Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate learning effectiveness, participant engagement, business impact, and return on development investments.
• Act as the primary liaison among business leaders, global stakeholders, external vendors, and program participants to ensure successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning by promoting development opportunities and strengthening employee engagement in learning activities.
• Design and deliver internal learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee capability and performance.
  

Talent Management & Acquisition

• Lead and continuously improve talent management processes, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with Global and Regional Talent Management teams to localize and execute enterprise-wide talent strategies and programs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent aligned with workforce planning and organizational objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the end-to-end hiring process to improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and recruitment effectiveness.
• Lead employer branding initiatives through various channels and strategic partnerships to strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Oversee and enhance onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience and effective workforce transition.
• Partner with hiring managers to support key recruitment activities, including workforce planning, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and selection processes.
• Utilize recruitment and talent metrics to identify trends, improve decision-making, and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Support organizational capability development through the integration of talent acquisition, talent management, and learning strategies.
  

HR Administration & Organizational Development

• Lead and support strategic HR and organization development projects that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business transformation.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement scalable HR solutions that enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Maintain and continuously improve HR systems, learning platforms, and talent management tools while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change management and support business growth initiatives.
