We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our department.
The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership.
This is an on-site role based in Monterrey
Review, sort, and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes
Serve as the first filter in the recruitment process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics
Coordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflows
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Must reside in Monterrey, Nuevo León
Availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles
Experience supporting U.S. hiring processes
Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting platforms
