Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our recruitment operations in Americas. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting recruiters and hiring managers, and handling Talent Acquisition administrative activities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-service oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics and calendar management.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation and hiring records.
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases accurately.
  • Assist with job postings and requisition administration.
  • Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment administrative activities as needed.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide administrative reporting support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR administration, recruiting operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • English proficiency is preferred/intermediate to advanced level depending on business needs.

  • Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting regional or international teams is a plus.
