The Opportunity

The HR department seeks an incumbent to support the digitalization and automation of Human Resources services through the management, enhancement, and optimization of HR systems and applications. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integration, and effective utilization of HR data and systems to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making.

The Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems and applications to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and processes.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend system enhancements that improve HR operations and employee experience.
• Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and enhancement of HR systems and digital solutions.
• Ensure accurate integration and exchange of HR data between systems in accordance with approved standards.
• Monitor data quality and maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee information.
• Develop and generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, information security requirements, and data governance standards.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training related to HR systems and applications.
• Coordinate with technology teams and system vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and improve service delivery through technology.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and digital initiatives.
• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Operations, HR Technology, or a relevant field.
