The Intern, HR Systems (Robotic Process Automation) is responsible for supporting the management and optimisation of RPA initiatives within NFC’s HR Systems team, with a focus on automating processes and leveraging data analytics to drive business insights.
This role plays a crucial part in driving automation within the HR team, ensuring seamless implementation, documentation, and maintenance of RPA initiatives. This hands-on position involves leveraging UiPath and Python to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in RPA, Python-driven automation, and HR analytics with a strong focus on operational efficiency and data management. A detail-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Job Responsibilities:
RPA Development & Maintenance
Automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes to align with business objectives while maintaining data integrity and operational effectiveness, in collaboration with other HR functions
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using tools such as UiPath and Python or others
Collaborate closely with HR technology experts and business units to identify automation opportunities and optimise existing workflows
Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and deliver high-quality automation solutions
Provide post-deployment support and maintain documentation to ensure the long-term stability of workflows, troubleshooting of issues and refining automation systems
Training and Support
Support HR and other staff members on using HR systems, automation tools, and data reporting platforms
Develop user manuals, and documentation for HRS processes and automated workflows
Other Responsibilities
Assist in managing HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HRS, etc.), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and system updates
Provide technical support to HR staff and other system users, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions
Job Requirements:
Education
Currently pursuing a tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including Python, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or equivalent with hands-on experience in automation and data processing.
Understanding of security best practices in application reliability.
Good knowledge on HR processes.
Attributes
