We believe that every child and their family can realise their best potential – if children have access to high quality preschool education that nurtures them for a lifetime of growth, and parents get the help they need.

We provide education and associated services for young children and their families through our preschools, driven by evidence-based curriculum rooted in the latest international research. To meet the holistic needs of every family, we constantly innovate our curricula and services to better serve them.

The Intern, HR Systems (Robotic Process Automation) is responsible for supporting the management and optimisation of RPA initiatives within NFC’s HR Systems team, with a focus on automating processes and leveraging data analytics to drive business insights.

This role plays a crucial part in driving automation within the HR team, ensuring seamless implementation, documentation, and maintenance of RPA initiatives. This hands-on position involves leveraging UiPath and Python to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HRS, etc.), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and system updates

  • Provide technical support to HR staff and other system users, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions

Job Requirements:

Attributes
