Your contribution:
You ensure the overall design and feasibility of our HR systems are fit for purpose and aligned with both business needs and strategic HR objectives
You actively build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance and support the systems function
You manage the delivery of system enhancements to ensure service delivery is efficient, consistent, and of high quality
You ensure all HR systems users are fully trained while identifying changes to improve efficiency and protecting the integrity of HR data
You resolve technical and service delivery issues escalated from the team, continually reviewing performance to identify opportunities for improvement
You support the review of current HR service models across all markets and devise strategies to improve service delivery
You act as the first line of HR compliance and governance and are responsible for data privacy and HR audit topics
What makes you stand out:
A university degree, ideally with a focus on personnel or HR-relevant content
At least four years of professional experience within the HR sector, specifically focused on HR systems implementation and operations
Extensive experience in project management and the implementation of HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors
Experience in dealing with multinational and multicultural teams
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills with a high focus on customer service
Business fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
