Join Casey's Human Resources team as a HR Systems Analyst!
As an HR Systems Analyst, you'll provide system and process analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and support, in partnership with the HR Systems team. You'll create, document, test, maintain and/or modify the system to be as efficient and effective as possible for our leaders and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the day-to-day activities, configuration and workflows in the HR Systems modules including analyzing, creating and testing processes to ensure the system is functional and all data is captured and reported accurately. Identify any inconsistencies and propose appropriate course of action for correction.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR System modules and processes ensuring all data integrity, system accuracy and timely updates while partnering with business partners to identify process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain efficient knowledge on design and creation of reports within the HR Systems. Implement and maintain a variety of reports or queries using basic query understanding and ad hoc capabilities.
- Provide support for existing interfaces and data bridges and assist with the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of new interfaces and integrations.
- Partner with vendors and business partners to support system upgrades, resolve issues, and ensure reliable data flow across systems.
- Partner and consult with departments on updates requested for HR Systems modules and provide guidance on configuration, testing and implementation.
- Audit, maintain and own workflow specific documentation on system processes in regards to configuration as well as changes, upgrades and enhancements. Assist with drafting and reviewing communications and announcements as well as training documentation as needed.
- Maintain existing system configuration and workflows, provide troubleshooting support for current team members, and assist in the scoping and assessment of project requests to identify business requirements, system impacts, resource needs, and implementation considerations.

Compensation
Starting hiring range:$64,500-$84,600. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
- At least five years of work experience in an HRIS or related role required.
- Experience with human resources functions and concepts required.
- Experience with systems and/or process implementation is required.
- Experience in creating reports using reporting tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in UKG (timekeeping/scheduling)
- Experience in ADP Vantage
