What's the role?
The HR Systems Administrator will work in a collaborative team and be responsible for administration of our HRIS applications
Administer and maintain our Workday system, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Provide expert-level guidance and support for all Workday modules, including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Payroll integrations.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new functionalities within Workday.
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
Manage Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
Lead and participate in Workday update cycles, including testing, documentation, and communication of new features.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
12 month contract
Who are you?
Experience using various HRIS systems specifically Workday
You have a deep and comprehensive understanding of Workday modules and their interdependencies.
You are highly proficient in Workday configuration, reporting, and security administration.
You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field are highly regarded.
