As an HR System Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the People & Culture Services organization, ensuring stable, secure, and user‑friendly HR system operations across Europe. You will deliver high‑quality 2nd‑line support for Time & Attendance systems and SAP SuccessFactors, supporting access management, role‑based permissions, and case resolution, all while safeguarding data integrity and enhancing the employee experience.
The HR System Support Specialist is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and compliant Level 2 support for:
The role supports operational continuity and payroll accuracy by ensuring correct capture, validation, and maintenance of Time & Attendance data. Working within the People Services organisation, the specialist handles user inquiries, troubleshoots system issues, escalates complex cases, and supports standardized, well-defined processes in line with governance, security, and People & Culture service delivery standards.
