We’re looking for the best people to join us on our journey. Right now, we’re searching for a  HR System Specialist  in our  Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change? 

The role 

As our HR System specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring our HR systems run smoothly and effectively support both HR and the wider business. At our HQ in Stockholm, you will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external partners, maintaining high-quality data, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the overall employee experience in all the countries we operate. You will be working in an HR landscape that includes our central HRIS platform, along with complementary tools for onboarding, offboarding, ticket system, employee engagement, and payroll. This international role is perfect for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, processes, people and who feels comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.

  • Manage the day-to-day configurations of our HRIS and related systems.

  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and overall system governance.

  • Support HR, managers, and employees with system-related questions.

  • Maintain and oversee user access, permissions, trainings, manuals and workflow configuration.

  • Participate in and occasionally lead system related projects and improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on updates, troubleshooting, and development needs

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Document system processes, routines, and changes in a structured and clear way.

  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for 

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following: 

• University degree or equivalent within a relevant area.

• 2+ years of experience within HR within a systems‑related role.

• Experience working with HRIS platforms or HR tech landscapes (such as HRIS, engagement tools, absence systems, ticketing platforms, integrations).

• Proactive and independent with an ability to take responsibility and ownership, ensuring deliverables are completed to a high standard.

• A structured and detail-oriented mindset, with an excellent level of accuracy when working with data.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain system related topics clearly.

• A collaborative approach and the ability to build trust with HR and IT, and stakeholders across the organization.

• Great Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS365 tools.

• Experience conducting data checks or audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes.

• Fluent in English
