In this role, you will not be an external consultant – you will become an integral part of the client's organization, working directly within their structures to provide top-tier HR support to employees across the EMEA region. Handle daily HR inquiries from EMEA employees via a ticketing system.
Prepare and update HR documentation, employment letters, and certificates.
Support the administration and tracking of leaves of absence.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare basic HR reports.
Collaborate closely with Payroll and regional HR teams.
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and continuous process improvements.
Educational background or previous experience in HR administration.
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Ease in learning and navigating new HR systems and tools.
High level of independence, ownership, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
