In this role, you'll provide effective guest service to individuals contacting the Human Resources (HR) Department. The HR Support Representative is responsible for variety of administrative duties associated with HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as first point of contact for inquiries to the HR Department from team members, management, and vendors. Routes callers and email communications to the appropriate Human Resources department or appropriate point of contact for resolution.
- Identifies and transfers team member relations calls to the Navex/EthicsPoint line. Logs any calls that are unable to be transferred and contacts appropriate HR staff and leaders.
- Collaborates with Guest Relations related to issues involving Casey’s guests and properly routes any concerns that should be handled/resolved by this team. Handle assigned and serve as back-up for multiple Human Resource related administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation
Starting hourly pay range: $19.25 - $25.25 Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Communication or equivalent related work experience is required.
- At least one year of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of basic human resources management practices and issues.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and presence while possessing a positive attitude through all interactions.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Payroll knowledge preferred.
