HR Support Intern, Talent Management

AGCO Hungary's local HR Team is looking for an HR Support Intern, Talent Management who would like to be a part of our quickly developing organization. The new colleague will support the local HR Team in achieving its organizational objectives by developing talent management and recruitment related processes.

Your Impact

• ​​​Providing assistance in HR administration in Talent Management topics

• ​Supporting local onboarding processes (initiating onboarding, organizing the first day for new joiners, supporting new joiner interviews, etc.)

• ​Managing the end-to-end internship program (including intern recruitment, onboarding process, monthly timesheet management, offboarding process, primary contact for student agencies, etc.) is important.

• ​Providing up-to-date HR reports

• ​Supporting position management (creation and transfer) in HRIS

• ​Supporting employer branding and other talent management related projects (support in intern conversion programs, contribution to university relations, attending employer branding-related events, etc.)​​

Your Experience and Qualifications

• ​​Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge – both verbal and written

• ​Ongoing university studies for at least 1 year until graduation

• ​Availability for at least 30 hours weekly

• ​Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to support employees and managers efficiently

• ​Being able to maintain confidentiality​

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transportation. Restaurants, cafés, and a shopping center are also located around the office.
