We are a pioneering multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and looking to welcome an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Support GBS Jr Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Team lead, they will be responsible for contributing to core HR support tasks and maintaining data integrity across systems while collaborating effectively within structured guidance.

• Support administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.

• Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and ServiceNow.

• Provide initial point-of-contact support via chat, email, and phone with a high degree of care and professionalism.

• Contribute effectively to ensure an integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of the hiring process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, and the credentialing process.

• Assist the HR Service Desk as next-level support for escalations, nurturing internal relationships.

• Additional collaborative duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified.

• Process Optimization & CIs: Collaborate with Continuous Improvement projects to make processes under scope more efficient and supportive.

xpected Competencies

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or an equivalent Business school degree is a plus, but we highly value equivalent practical experience.

• Training or certification: Knowledge of Workday is a wonderful asset.

• Work experience: Background in HR, HR operations, or customer service is welcome. 0 - 2 years of experience.

• Language: English Level Fluent / Advanced
