Must Have Skills :
1. Strong hands-on experience in India HR Operations (end-to-end lifecycle).
2. Knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
3. HR documentation, HRMS handling, payroll coordination.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good Have Skills :
1. Experience working with global HR teams.
2. Exposure to HR reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
3. Vendor coordination experience.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Manage end-to-end HR operations for India, including onboarding to exit processes.
2. Generate offer letters, update HRMS, and prepare exit documentation.
3. Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring confidentiality.
4. Handle employee relations including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and terminations.
5. Partner with business leaders and collaborate closely with the Regional HR Business Partner.
6. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payroll input submission.
7. Coordinate onboarding activities with admin and internal teams.
8. Initiate and monitor background verification checks through vendor portals and report findings to HRBP.
