Job Description

Position: HR Supervisor

Location: Nakhon Pathom (Factory)

Salary/Budget: THB 40000 - 60000

Report to: HR Manager (Hong Kong)

Working days and hours: Monday to Saturday | 08:00 - 17:00

Team size to manage 1-2 subordinates

English proficiency level requirements Communicative level

Our client is an industry-leading supplier focused on providing eco-friendly faux-botanicals and seasonal decorations. The company owns and operates multiple manufacturing facilities, sales and marketing offices, and design centers in Asia and North America. With more than 200 staff in Hong Kong and 2000+ employees worldwide.

  • The company specializes in high-quality silk florals, gift items, novelty, and home décor.
  • The company is incorporated in Thailand in 2021 with the factory in Nakhon Pathom and Approximately 160 employees currently based in this site

Key considerations

  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in ERP system is a plus

  • Compensation, benefits, labor relations, and other employee welfare programs
  • Planning and overseeing the implementation of policies and regulations
  • Personnel development, including training planning, training methods, and administrative management to ensure efficiency
  • Preparation and management of work permits for foreign employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources; considered a plus
  • Knowledge of the Labor Protection Act and other relevant laws; considered a plus
  • Knowledge of social security regulations
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Immediate availability to start work is preferred
