Job Description

岗位职责:

一、招聘与人才管理

  1. 负责广州及深圳办公室的招聘全流程,包括岗位发布、招聘渠道拓展(如线上平台、猎头、校园招聘、内部推荐等)、简历筛选、面试安排、录用及入职跟进,确保人才及时到岗。
  2. 针对不同岗位制定有效的招聘策略,分析市场人才状况,优化招聘计划,提高招聘效率和岗位匹配度。
  3. 维护并拓展候选人资源库,主动挖掘优秀人才,建立储备人才梯队。
  4. 协助完善并确保招聘流程合规、透明。
  5. 与用人部门密切沟通,精准把握人才需求,推动招聘流程持续优化,提升候选人和用人部门的满意度。

二、员工服务与支持

  1. 负责新员工入职、转正及离职的全流程管理,包括材料收集、系统录入、手续办理等,确保流程规范且人性化。
  2. 积极响应员工关于薪酬福利、社会保险、考勤休假、政策咨询等日常需求,提供专业、及时的人力资源支持。
  3. 维护员工人事档案,保障信息准确与合规,跟进各类人事相关手续。
  4. 跟进国家及深圳、广州地区的人力资源相关法律法规,确保公司政策和操作流程合规协助完成上级交办的其他人力资源专项工作。

三、员工关系与团队建设

  1. 组织策划员工活动,如团队建设、节日庆祝、健康关怀等,提升员工凝聚力与归属感.
  2. 收集员工反馈,协助推动满意度调查与公司文化建设,支持员工关系的积极发展。

任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历。
  2. 五年以上人力资源相关工作经验,具备多地办公室服务经验优先。
  3. 责任心强,服务意识佳,沟通协调能力突出,具备良好的团队合作精神。
  4. 熟练使用中英文、广东话进行口头及书面沟通。
  5. 了解国家及广州、深圳地区人力资源相关法律法规。
