This internship offers hands-on experience across key HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll gain exposure to real-world HR practices while supporting initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems
• Helping coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives
• Conducting research and support HR projects and process improvements
• Assisting with training tracking and compliance documentation
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to sit onsite in our Carlsbad, CA location

Compensation:

• This role can offer experience for school credit or $16.90/HR for all hours not completed against school credit.
